I have never seen such a great customer support in pakistan especially in online. My bottle was broken during transit. I contacted their customer support late night around 2:00 clock. They replied me within 15 minutes and take full responsibility although this was not their fault. The fault was on the courier part. But they apologise and exchange my bottle with the new one. I am really impressed by their customer support.

The scent profile is just wow. The way you guys balance the oud fragrance with other notes is superb. Absolutely quality work. Thumbs Up!!!

I have been using Oud fragrances for years but this one is best in terms of feelings you catch once you spray first pump. It deserves five stars and recommendation as well.
